Dear DXA customer,
As part of our commitment to quality and continuous improvement, we are updating the internal core infrastructure for DXA cloud services starting mid-May and running through to August 2022.
This maintenance will happen on a customer-by-customer basis and will follow a detailed schedule. Individual customer maintenance windows will be scheduled during customer non-working hours to reduce risk. The total maintenance window per customer will be around two hours. During this period, we don't expect any downtime to your DXA account.
Part of this maintenance will involve moving the DXA servers to a different IP address. To prepare for this, we need your IT team to whitelist the IP addresses listed below for the relevant region in your network security settings. This must be completed by May 13th 2022, otherwise there will be a risk of a loss of core functionality.
Existing whitelisting rules should remain in place until the maintenance window has concluded.
If your client website is hosted on HTTPS only, you only need to whitelist port 443. If your client website is also hosted on HTTP, you must also whitelist port 8.
If you or your IT team requires more time to make these changes or if you have any questions, please email DXA Support at firstname.lastname@example.org.
